The window size can be changed in the same way as a standard window, by dragging the window border with the mouse.
Note that the window size does not change until the mouse cursor moves by the distance of one button.
If you reduce the window size so that some registered items are hidden outside the visible area, the buttons can be scrolled using keyboard or mouse operations.
