History Management dialog

This dialog appears when you click the History Management button in the Item Properties dialog for the special item Recent Items.

Maximum number of history items

Specifies the maximum number of history entries recorded when you launch items.
If the number of entries exceeds this value, older entries will be deleted first.

Exclude additional function items from the history

When enabled, launching additional function special items will not be recorded in the history.

Exclude power control items from the history

When enabled, launching power control items will not be recorded in the history.

Exclude folder items from the history

When enabled, opening folders registered as items will not be recorded in the history.

Items to exclude from history

Allows you to individually specify items you do not want to record in the history.
Items excluded by selecting Exclude from History from the Item Menu shown by right-clicking an item in the history menu will be added to this list.

Clear History

Deletes all stored history entries.
